At Leonards, we employ a wide range of investigators who are highly experienced in a number of fraud and litigation support services. Our investigators range from former high ranking police officers through to former government agency surveillance experts. This level of expertise and experience ensures our clients confidence and guarantees we provide the highest levels of quality service.
Prior to being offered employment, all our staff are fully vetted, their experience confirmed and aptitude test carried out. Our nationwide staff are employed by us under a strict service level contract and work to a stringent code of ethics. They are trained to gather intelligence in a number of services enabling our in-house administrators to compile reports in a format acknowledged by our clients.
All staff receive regular training on operational procedures and legislation issues. All staff are fully versed on legislation issues relating to the Human Rights Act, Data Protection Act and Protection from Harassment Act. |
