All our operational staff are fully vetted and their employment histories validated prior to being offered employment.
Our nationwide field support team are employed under a strict service level contract and work to a stringent code of ethics.
All our operational staff are trained to gather evidence in a manner agreed with clients prior to work commencing.
As part of our quality accreditation programme, we continuously review our procedures and provide training on an ongoing basis to update staff and management on legislation issues and operational procedures.
