All staff at Leonards, whether this be experienced management or operational staff, are regularly guided, updated and trained on legislation issues affecting our industry by our compliance officer.
We are fully compliant with Article 8 of the Human rights Act 1998, RIPA 2000, The Data Protection Act 1998 and The Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
All staff at LEONARDS are fully vetted and screened under the BS 7858 security screening standard prior to being offered employment. All staff require to sign and adhere to non-disclosure agreements, company policy and procedures and strict codes of conduct not only to protect our reputation but more importantly our clients reputation. All staff are employed full time or under a strict service level contract and regardless of their background, are trained to gather evidence our way and in line with clients demands.

As an accredited ISO9001: 2015 Quality Assured Firm compliance is an integral part of our structure and as such we have written procedures and standards in place and regularly work in tandem with clients to monitor and evaluate risk and security.
